Sandy Cove Surgery’s original site provided essential information but lacked clarity on services and made booking consultations cumbersome.

  • Primary pain point: Patients struggled to find procedure details and book appointments online.

Snapshot description:
The legacy site featured a static homepage with long paragraphs of text, a small logo in the header, and a hidden “Make an Appointment” link in the footer. Navigation required multiple clicks to reach each surgical service.

  • Design issues:
    • No hero section or visual hierarchy to highlight key procedures
    • Dense text blocks with no imagery of the clinic or team
    • “Contact” buried at the bottom—no sticky or quick-access CTA
